We have a dedicated residential lettings office in the heart of Swansea 's professional area of Walter Road , ideally located to service both landlords and tenants.

We are able to offer landlords a “fully managed” and a “find only” service to meet the client’s requirements. All properties are regularly advertised in the local South Wales Property Post.

Our aim is to prioritise all appointments within a 24 hour window for both valuations and viewings, to provide landlords and tenants with a quick and efficient service.

We also have a dedicated mortgage department which is ideal for landlords looking for a “buy to let” service and tenants who are eventually looking to take their first steps onto the property ladder.
